Objet :

- le développement économique et social par les métiers du sport, de l'animation et dans le cadre des pratiques soci-éducatives. - la mise à disposition de ses salariés auprès des adhérents qui en sont membres Le GENSL favorise et gère l'emploi dans ces secteurs dans un souci de mutualisation d'emplois partagés. Il s'intègre dans le cadre des politiques publiques pour l'emploi et s'inscrit localement dans un but social en luttant contre le chômage et le travail dissimulé dans les métiers du sport et des pratiques sportives socio-éducatives. Le GENSL peut également apporter à ses membres son aide, son appui ou conseil en matière d'emploi, de formation ou de gestion des ressources humaines afin de solliciter cette mise à disposition. Le GENSL pourra également avoir pour objectif d'analyser sur son territoire de compétence l'évolution du marché de l'emploi dans les secteurs sus cités et de concourir à la définition des professions qui en découlent. Ces opérations sont à but non lucratif.
